Server Rules

Treat all players with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or toxicity of any kind will result in immediate disciplinary action.

All players must remain in character at all times unless a staff member authorizes an out-of-character situation via /ooc or designated OOC zones.

Players must be at least 16 years old to join. Age verification may be requested during whitelist process.

English is the primary language for all in-character communication. Brief use of other languages for roleplay is permitted with translation.

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or game mechanics for personal gain is strictly prohibited. Report exploits to staff immediately for rewards.

Use of third-party software, mods, cheats, macros, or anything providing unfair advantages is forbidden and results in permanent ban.

Follow all staff instructions promptly and respectfully. Staff decisions are final. Disputes handled through proper channels only.

Character names must be realistic and appropriate. No celebrity names, offensive content, meme references, or special characters.

Do not impersonate staff members, emergency services, or other players. False representation undermines trust.

Advertising other servers, services, or products without admin approval is prohibited in all channels.

Always prioritize realistic roleplay over winning. Your character should react authentically to situations, not like a video game player.

Fear Roleplay (FRP) is mandatory. Your character must display appropriate fear when threatened with weapons or dangerous situations.

Pain Roleplay is required. When injured, your character must react realistically to wounds and seek medical attention appropriately.

Value your life at all times. If your life is in direct danger, you must comply with demands rather than risk death unnecessarily.

No revenge killing. If you are killed, your character forgets the events leading to death. You cannot seek revenge based on that memory.

Character development is encouraged. Create a backstory and evolve your character based on experiences in the city.

Zombie behavior is prohibited. Walking into active shootouts, ignoring clear threats, or acting invincible breaks immersion.

Using /me for actions others should see, and /do for questions about the environment. Proper command usage enhances roleplay.

Random Deathmatch (RDM) is prohibited. You must have valid roleplay reasoning and interaction before engaging in violence.

Vehicle Deathmatch (VDM) is strictly forbidden. Vehicles may not be used as weapons unless in extreme, well-roleplayed scenarios.

New Life Rule (NLR) applies after death. You forget events leading to death and cannot return to the same location for 15 minutes.

Combat logging (disconnecting during active roleplay or combat to avoid consequences) is prohibited.

During active combat, you may not access inventory, use items, perform unrealistic actions, or magically produce weapons.

Third-party interference in combat is allowed only with proper roleplay buildup and reasoning.

Shooting from vehicles requires proper aiming and realistic scenarios. No drive-by exceptions without story context.

Camping hospitals or respawn points to kill players again is strictly prohibited.

Realistic driving is required. Follow traffic laws unless roleplaying an emergency or pursuit situation.

GTA-style driving is prohibited. No unrealistic jumps, excessive off-roading in city cars, or physics-defying stunts.

Vehicle theft requires proper roleplay. You cannot steal emergency vehicles or player vehicles without interaction.

Parking in unrealistic locations (on sidewalks, inside buildings, blocking roads without reason) is not allowed.

Vehicle despawn times apply. Abandoned vehicles will be impounded by city services after extended periods.

Motorcycles and sports cars are not invincible. Drive according to vehicle capabilities and road conditions.

Emergency vehicle usage restricted to whitelisted LEO/Fire/EMS players only. Impersonation is a serious offense.

Hostage situations require credible threats and reasonable demands. The hostage's life must be valued throughout.

Muggings and robberies require verbal interaction and buildup. You cannot rob without proper engagement and reasoning.

Bank and store robberies have cooldown periods. Check with staff for current timers and requirements.

Torture roleplay requires explicit OOC consent from all parties involved. Respect boundaries at all times.

Kidnapping requires ongoing roleplay effort. Check on the kidnapped party's enjoyment OOC periodically.

Criminal characters should have realistic motivations. Purely destructive behavior without story development is discouraged.

Prison roleplay must be respected. Escape attempts should be planned realistically with proper timing.

Evidence roleplay is encouraged. LEO can use fingerprints, DNA, and witness statements realistically.

Money laundering, duping, or any form of exploiting the economy is strictly prohibited and results in permanent ban.

Business operations require proper licensing and roleplay. Register your business with city hall.

Employee wages must be paid fairly and on time. Exploiting workers breaks immersion and may be reported.

Property ownership is limited per character. Mass property hoarding without use will result in confiscation.

Scamming players is allowed only within realistic business scenarios with proper roleplay buildup.

Counterfeit operations must be roleplayed thoroughly. Manufacturing fake goods requires time, resources, and risk.

Tax evasion roleplay is permitted but carries realistic consequences if caught by LEO or IRS roleplay.

Metagaming (using OOC information IC) is strictly prohibited. Play only what your character knows through roleplay.

Powergaming (forcing actions on others without giving response chance) is not allowed. Use /me and allow reactions.

Stream sniping or using another player's stream to gain information is forbidden and results in permanent ban.

Character transfers are prohibited. Items, money, or properties cannot be transferred between your characters.

External communication (Discord, etc.) for IC coordination without proper roleplay methods is metagaming.

Animation abuse for advantages in combat or escape scenarios is prohibited.

Using third-party maps or radars not available to your character in-game is metagaming.

Caller ID must be respected. If you don't recognize a voice on the phone, your character shouldn't magically know who it is.

Streamers are welcome but must follow additional guidelines to protect server integrity and player privacy.

Stream delay of at least 2 minutes is required to prevent stream sniping and metagaming.

Mute or hide sensitive information like meeting points, passwords, or planned criminal activities.

Respect other players' privacy. Some players may not want to be featured on stream - honor their requests.

No revealing staff-only information, admin zones, or behind-the-scenes content without permission.

Chat moderation is your responsibility. Discourage backseat gaming and metagaming from viewers.

Use the Streamer tag in Discord and in-game to identify yourself to staff and other players.

Maintain respectful communication in all Discord channels. All server rules apply here.

Do not share personal information of players without explicit consent. Privacy is paramount.

Use appropriate channels for their purposes. Support tickets in support, general in general.

No excessive pinging of staff or members. Use @mentions responsibly and only when necessary.

Voice channels require push-to-talk during events to prevent audio clutter and background noise.

Spoilers for server events or storylines should be kept to designated channels with warnings.

Support tickets are for serious issues only. Joke tickets waste staff time and may result in warnings.
